Strategic LeadershipĀ

  • Be the voice for our fractional DPOsā€”mentor and elevate a top-tier team in a culture of collaboration and shared success.
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Operations to enhance services and education for both our team and customers.Ā 

Product Innovation:


  • Collaborate with our Product Team to share your deep knowledge of data protection, influencing the future and development of our product.
  • Actively contribute to the product roadmap, providing insights into the future state of TKā€™s offerings.

Business Growth


  • Be the trusted face of our brandā€”lead with authority, build connections, and represent us with excellence.
  • Own the stage in webinars, deliver powerful training, and support creating resources that empower our community partners and boost awareness.
  • Be the go-to expert for auditsā€”lead presentations, showcase our value, and align seamlessly with customer needs.

Expert for Customers


  • Be the go-to privacy advisor for a select portfolio of Trust Keith customers, delivering exceptional service through our platform with a based approach.
  • Own programme implementation and data protection queries, ensuring seamless alignment with SLAs and KPIs
  • Lead key customer calls, from Risk Committees to monthly workshops, tackling top data privacy risks and challenges.

Requirements


WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Expertise: At least 5+ years in global data protection roles (UK, EU, US), with certifications like CIPP/E, C-DPO, or equivalent.
  • Master of Privacy: Deep knowledge of GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, PECR, international data transfers, AI, healthcare, and finance.
  • Communication Pro: You excel at simplifying complex topics and are confident in leading not always the easiest conversations on strategic data protection matters at the C-Suite or Board Level while taking a risk-based approach.
  • Risk Management: Strong skills in advising, monitoring, and reporting on risks, as well as managing data subject access requests and breach incidents.
  • Organised and Independent: You thrive on working independently, managing your workload effectively, and delivering outstanding results.
  • Cross-functional collaboratorā€”proven experience in working seamlessly with other teams to align strategy and drive results.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and ready to embrace our innovative tools.
