- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers.
- Explain products/services, address customer queries, and generate interest.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
- Follow up with potential leads to ensure sales conversion.
- Achieve and exceed targets.
Must-Have:✔ Proficiency in Hindi and at least one South Indian language - Priority Order : Kannada, Telugu, Tamil✔ Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.✔ Ability to handle sales conversations and objections.✔ Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.Good-to-Have:➕ Prior experience in tele sales or customer support.➕ Understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.➕ Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
