- Working hours schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 - 17:00 Philippine Standard Time.
- Manage the day-to-day posting of Non-PO and PO vendor bills to the accounting systems including GL account coding, matching purchase orders, obtaining approvals, processing invoices, and reconciling vendor statements.
- Proficient in Inbox Management, providing resolutions to internal and external stakeholder’s inquiries.
- Adherent to all accounts payable policies and procedures including travel and related expenses, internal approval matrix, and PTP processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, and Engineering to support business objectives.
- Diligent in payments, accruals, and adjustments, analyzing variances in the comparative financial statements.
- Assist on special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable with IFRS/GAAP compliance and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with relevant accounting/finance experience.
- Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively to target audiences and to multi-task on priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Keen to detail, including being a reliable individual contributor.
- Excellent in NetSuite Software is a plus.
- Willingness to work on holidays and weekends as needed, depending on the month-end close schedule.
