We are looking for compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who want to make a meaningful impact by providing high-quality, evidence-based care in a home health setting. What You’ll Do:
- Provide skilled nursing care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Assist with care planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Perform specialized procedures as directed by an RN
- Educate clients on self-care techniques
- Observe, record, and report patient conditions
- Assist in rehabilitation efforts by monitoring patient mobility and alignment
- Participate in case conferences, in-services, and staff meetings
What You’ll Need:
- Active LPN license in Virginia
- At least one year of LPN experience (home health preferred)
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of car insurance
- Ability to pass background checks and provide references
