As the Marketing Operations Specialist, you will: - Create all the marketing content creation and copywriting for all platforms.
- Manage social media and virtual groups to enhance the company's online profile.
- Manage the CRM communication like email marketing, WhatsApp, SMS.
- Managing databases of customer information such as demographic data, purchase histories, and preferences
- Work with data to help upload lists, create groups and segments, recommend audience builds, and guide targeting for campaigns and tactics.
- Preparing regular reports on marketing activities such as campaign results.
- Managing the creation of marketing materials such as brochures or online ads that are designed to generate interest in a product or service.
- Analyzing customer data, such as usability patterns or demographics, to determine potential new markets or product lines.
- Work with marketing team to develop and document process improvements that will increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have:- 2-3 years experience in Marketing
- Experience with data analysis and proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and software
- Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a strong bias for action.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and implement new growth opportunities.
- Experience working with content management systems and digital publishing tools.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
