Lead Full Stack Developer - Remote (Global, Preferred LATAM)


Ready for a global role with real impact? Our client, a fast-growing HealthTech innovator with over $70M in funding, is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer. This fully remote role is open to candidates worldwide, with a strong preference for those based in Latin America due to time zone alignment. Candidates from other regions willing to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and optimize full-stack web applications
  • Build scalable backend services and APIs
  • Develop intuitive, responsive frontend interfaces
  • Integrate and manage data pipelines for clinical and operational data
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders
  • Take part in code reviews, planning, and technical strategy

Skills Required:


  • Expert-level proficiency in either Python (Django/Flask) or Ruby on Rails
  • Basic familiarity with the other language (Ruby or Python), even through personal projects
  • Solid experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular)
  • Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
  • SQL knowledge and database design skills
  • Understanding of web development fundamentals (HTTP, RESTful APIs, security)
  • Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
