Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s success by contributing to all aspects of the human resource function. This role is based in our Alpharetta office, and offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to all elements of the employee life-cycle, including: recruiting, training and development, offboarding, and overall employee management in a fast-paced, high-performing culture.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage full-life cycle recruitment to fill roles domestically and internationally, including managing the applicant tracking system, screening candidates, facilitating interviews with management, and extending offers.
- Assist with processing employee changes (pay rates, job titles, departments and more) and manage the processing of all company payrolls (domestically and internationally)
- Coaching managers through performance management conversations and assisting with employee relations concerns as needed.
- Own office management responsibilities, including: stocking the breakroom and other office materials, coordinating desk and office assignments, organizing office meals and events, greeting visitors, and other office duties.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with the enhancement of employer brand awareness to attract top talent.
- Employee onboarding including management of all pre-hire activities, facilitating and tracking ongoing compliance training, and welcoming new hires.
- Act as a company advocate by fostering a positive culture and sense of community, handling employee inquiries, and driving employee engagement.
- HRIS Management, including updating employee files and assisting management with data driven decision making with regular reporting and tracking of key metrics.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or HR related fields a preferred
- Demonstrated experience in a variety of HR functions
- HR Certifications a plus
- Experience with an HRIS platform
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
