Position Outputs
• Liaise with Trade lanes and Logistics to keep track of the machine arrivals and deliveries.• Migo new machines into stock• Create service notification for assembly/PDI• Manage procurement for machine local extras/bought outs• Liaise with workshop on assembly progress and deliveries.• Prepare Billing and delivery documents for handover pack.• Manage Cross Boarder billing process.• Update and maintain equipment master.• Manage project system (WBS) process in SAP• Create SPAR’s Requests in GCSS• Manage and process all GCSS claims.• Prepare detailed washout for each machine sold for the period.• Process warranty registration • Create D&F service notifications and manage recon.• Physical stock counts as required• Manage WIP-Stock Recon • Update noticeboard/BCP • Maintain filing on Share Drive• Adhoc – Sales Admin support to all Southern Africa Regions
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
• Grade 12/ Matric qualification• Previous Admin and Accounting experience will be an advantage.• Excellent computer knowledge in all MS Office programs.• SAP Knowledge will be an advantage.• Be able to work under pressure and after hours if required.• Must have strong communication skills and be a strong team player.
