We are expanding our team and looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our cutting-edge data activation solutions.We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a deep understanding of data activation, data products, SaaS platforms, and customer-centric product development.
This leadership role will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution to deliver innovative features that enhance the data-driven capabilities of our platform. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in product management, including a strong background in data-driven products, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.The Role: Are you up for the challenge?
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define the long-term product strategy and vision for our Data Activation platform, ensuring alignment with business goals, market trends, and customer needs.
- Roadmap Development & Execution: Own and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to successfully deliver product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Customer Insight & Validation: Engage directly with customers to gather insights, validate ideas, and ensure that the product is solving real-world problems and providing value.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and threats.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide product decisions, measure product success, and iterate on product features.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement, ensuring the delivery of high-quality features that meet customer expectations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the voice of the customer and communicate product plans, progress, and successes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 10 years of product management experience in a SaaS environment, with a focus on data activation, data platforms, or similar products.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering data-driven products that have driven customer success and business growth.
- Deep understanding of data architecture, integration, and activation within modern marketing stacks.
- Expertise in working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to bring products to market.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and track product performance against key metrics.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).Nice to Have:
- Experience with machine learning, AI, or automation technologies in a product context.
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, or similar project management software.
- Experience with product marketing and go-to-market strategies.
