In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering impactful development programs for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design and instruction background, a deep understanding of principles of design and learning, and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Job Duties


  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to analyze and understand training needs.
  • Design, develop, and update training materials for groups like sales and support, ensuring clarity and effective communication of key concepts.
  • Develop engaging and interactive learning experiences, including e-learning modules, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), learning simulations, and other multimedia content.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in instructional design, with a focus on enhancing communication effectiveness in training materials.
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluations, incorporating feedback to continuously improve the impact of training programs.
  • Work collaboratively with leaders to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to existing training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to ensure consistent and effective communication across all training materials.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Education, or a related field.
  • Proficient in using e-learning authoring tools and multimedia design software (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe, etc.).
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on innovation in instructional design.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies is a plus.

Compensation


The expected on-target earnings (OTE), which is comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions is currently $61,000 to $73,000. This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.**Please note that this position does not accept sponsorship candidates at this time.
