We are looking for a Facility Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance, operations, and security of various facilities. The incumbent will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that their facilities are properly maintained and that all operational needs are met. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our client's businesses and to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Responsibilities• Develop and implement facility management plans and strategies• Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities including kitchen equipment• Manage vendor contracts and service provider relationships• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines• Monitor and control facility budgets and expenses• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues• Oversee security systems and protocols• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility management• Proven experience in facility management or a related field• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance and operations• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines• Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines• Proficiency in computer applications related to facility management
