ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as a Healthcare Project Manager for upcoming opportunities with ARC’s clients.
ROLE: HEALTHCARE PROJECT MANAGER
The successful candidate must possess demonstrated experience in the following areas:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or equivalent;Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience driving project management in a busy, multifaceted environment in a healthcare vertical (data analytics or information technology setting is an asset);Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designation;Experience delivering high risk, process oriented IT projects and vendor contract management are mandatory;Experience in managing large scale IT software implementations;Experience in organizational change management;Understanding of IT security;Experience in organizational change management communications;Experience working in a healthcare and/or research environment an asset.Demonstrated experience establishing and/or operating the following project control processes on multiple projects: schedule management, issue management, risk management, status reporting, change control, budget/effort managementAbility to work effectively with all levels of the client organizationExperience with projects spanning the full systems development life cycleExcellent written and oral communication skills in a large organizationA successful track recordMinimum direct report team size of three (3) not including PM positionDegree destinations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science) and/or vendor technical certifications are desirable criteria for our selection.We offer a competitive salary, profit sharing, share options and a comprehensive benefit package.
