Qualifications
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) License in California (additional state licenses are a plus for future telehealth opportunities)
- Registered with Medicaid
- Minimum one year of experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or direct in-home health assessments
- Willingness to travel within 15-25 miles of your home
