About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate to join the Office of the CFO. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, supporting strategic decision-making and driving key initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor, project management expertise, and a collaborative mindset to support the organization’s financial and operational objectives.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed financial analyses, forecasts, and performance reports to support strategic decisions.
- Assist in the development of board materials, presentations, and executive-level communications.
- Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Serve as a liaison between the finance organization and other departments/entities to ensure alignment and seamless communication.
- Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing best practices.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and persuasively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Consulting, or Investment Banking.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data visualization tools, and advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is a plus.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with tools like Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
