- Guest Interaction:Greet guests warmly and assist them with their needs, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience from start to finish.
- Tablet Software Management:Utilize our proprietary tablet software to support guests, and handle special requests. Become proficient with the software to efficiently process transactions and provide information.
- Customer Service:Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and offer solutions to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Physical Stamina:Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) while maintaining a high level of energy and attentiveness.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold service standards.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and address potential problems or guest concerns proactively and professionally.
- Maintaining Cleanliness:Ensure your workstation and surrounding area are clean and organized.
What we want from you:
- Experience:Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred, but not required.
- Technical Skills:Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn and operate proprietary tablet software.
- Communication:Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Physical Requirements:Ability to stand for extended periods and move about the hospitality setting as needed.
- Attitude:Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexibility:Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Security: Must have the ability to pass an airport background check
