SkillsStrong knowledge of ELA standards, Social Studies frameworks, literacy instruction, and assessment strategiesExperience designing lessons and assessments for various grade levels (K-5 preferred)Familiarity with educational publishing standards and instructional technologyExcellent writing, editing, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong understanding of state and national standards, pedagogical best practices, and assessment designExperience in assessment development for 1st through 3rd grades, instructional design, and educational publishingUtilizing technology tools and platforms to develop interactive and digital learning experiencesLeveraging research on best practices in literacy instruction and assessment to inform content development
