The Role:
We’re seeking a full-time Copywriter to join us on-site at our Miami office. This role requires a creative who can seamlessly switch between two distinct luxury brands. You’ll craft compelling, brand-aligned copy that speaks directly to each audience and drives engagement and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Write engaging, conversion-driven content for both Aroma360 and Hotel Collection, including product descriptions, email campaigns, website copy, social media captions, paid ads, SMS, and packaging.
- Maintain and develop distinct brand voices:
- Aroma360: Wellness-driven, sensory, warm, and sophisticated—focused on scent as a part of personal wellness and home ambiance.
- Hotel Collection: Irreverent, aspirational, & Elevated—focused on delivering the 5-star hotel experience at home through luxury scenting, travel accessories, and lifestyle products.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure messaging aligns with visual assets and overall brand strategy.
- Optimize copy based on performance data, customer feedback, and internal insights to drive engagement and conversion rates.
- Assist with product naming, campaign headlines, collection names, and storytelling that enhances the luxury brand experience.
Who You Are:
- A creative storyteller with 3+ years of copywriting experience, ideally in the luxury lifestyle, wellness, fragrance, or hospitality space.
- Proven ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms.
- Highly skilled in eCommerce content, including product storytelling, email marketing, ad copy, and web content optimized for conversions.
- Understands luxury consumer behavior and knows how to speak to aspirational, wellness-driven, and high-net-worth customers.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional grammar and a keen eye for luxury brand language.
- Collaborative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced in-office environment.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands and luxury eCommerce.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, and Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for web content optimization.
