Senior / Marketing Manager, Prospera

SUMMARY:

The Organ Health Senior / Marketing Manager, Prospera (we are open to hiring this individual at either level) plays a key role in supporting and delivering marketing tactics to support the Prospera products across all organs/indications. Success in this role relies on effective cross-functional interaction with the clinical sales team, product development teams, the clinical genomic database team, and the medical affairs team. This person will report to the Senior Director of Marketing, Prospera Abdominal (Kidney & Liver), however this person will also work closely with the Director of Marketing, Prospera Thoracic (Heart & Lung), and will be focused on rapid scale, growth, and commercial success across all Prospera products.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 


  • Assist in developing marketing strategy and messaging for Natera’s Organ Health products.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption in the marketplace and negate competitive activities
  • Maintain knowledge of key product attributes and competitive differentiation to effectively position products in both traditional and digital channels
  • Collaborate with the cross functional team to develop training content and messaging for the sales team
  • Facilitate design and finalization of marketing collateral, including printed materials and digital materials through collaboration with the Natera corporate graphic designers and medical, product, and sales stakeholders
  • Track ROI for marketing programs and support strategic investment-planning
  • Ensure timely maintenance and updates of materials for use by or training of the sales team
  • Interact cross-functionally with copywriters, designers, sales team, product development team, and executive leadership to achieve alignment internally on key messages and claims
  • Conduct market research to evaluate effectiveness of messaging
  • Assist with planning and material development for internal sales and marketing meetings as well as external ad board meetings with customers

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2 years prior sales and marketing experience in life sciences or clinical experience in genetic testing space strongly preferred
  • Prefer 1-2 years of experience in the biopharma industry, diagnostic industry, medical communications, healthcare advertising or other relevant experience
  • Prefer experience in digital marketing

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Ability to be a proactive problem solver
  • Must be able to analyze many variables and choose the most effective course of action quickly/ work on additional tasks as requested by Management
  • Must be able to handle novel and diverse work problems on a daily basis
  • Must be able to communicate feedback in a professional manner. 

Travel required for this position: 35%


The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.Remote USA$100,400—$175,000 USD

Natera is a genetic testing company that develops and commercializes non-invasive methods for analyzing DNA. The mission of the company is to transform the diagnosis and management of genetic disease. In pursuit of that mission, Natera operates a CAP-accredited laboratory certified under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) in San Carlos, CA, and it currently offers a host of proprietary genetic testing services primarily to OB/GYN physicians and fertility centers, as well as to genetic laboratories through its cloud-based Constellation™ software system.
