We are looking for a creative, forward thinking and talented person to join our team as a
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER.
The person selected will
oversee internal corporate construction projects from concept to completion. This position is responsible for project planning, management, design, and drafting, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and in alignment with corporate objectives.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Communicate and reinforce the mission and vision for DIG and its subsidiaries

- Project Planning & Management:
- Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and scopes of work for internal corporate construction projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress, address risks, and implement solutions to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Design & Drafting:
- Lead design development for internal projects, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and functional needs.
- Prepare or oversee architectural and construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create and refine project plans.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and designers to ensure project feasibility and accuracy.
- Construction Oversight:
- Supervise on-site activities, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.
- Address and resolve any construction-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure optimal utilization of materials, labor, and resources.
- Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:
- Assist with communication between internal stakeholders, contractors, and design teams.
- Assist in creating regular updates and reports on project progress, budgets, and challenges to senior management.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment across project teams.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of CAD software for drafting and design (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in corporate or commercial projects.
