QC Inspector (Temp-to-Hire)Location: Charlotte, NC 28215Pay: $25 to $35 Doe (Local Job no per diem)Shift: Shop M-Th 7am-5:30pm and F 7am-4:40pmPlease send resume to [email protected] put NC in the subjectJob SummaryThe QC Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that the products meet rigorous quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role involves performing inspections, tests, and audits to verify that all products meet specifications and comply with industry standards and companyprocedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial quality control, a strong understanding of ASME Section VIII code, and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections on pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other fabricated equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine required inspection criteria.
• Use a variety of measuring instruments, gauges, and testing equipment to evaluate product quality.
• Ensure compliance with ASME Section VIII, Section IX, and other applicable ASME codes for pressure vessel and heat exchanger manufacturing.
• Document inspection results, non-conformance issues, and corrective actions. Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Assist with internal and external audits and certifications, particularly related to ASME and other relevant codes.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and tests for traceability and reporting purposes.
