Job Summary:


The Analyst is a member of the research team and is responsible for sourcing, standardizing, and publishing information on different data center real estate markets to the datacenterHawk platform. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities


  • Conduct exploratory and investigative research to identify and resolve data gaps
  • Analyze market activity and accurately analyze market dynamics
  • Maintain datacenterHawk platform with accurate information used to make strategic decisions
  • Create market reports, data sets, and reference documentation

Additional Responsibilities


  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 2 years of professional experience data center brokerage, consultancy, hyperscale user, or colocation provider with a focus on real estate transactions
