Position Summary:
The Business Solutions Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious transactions acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This individual must be comfortable making an average of 60 to 70 calls per day, working with channel partners (Outside Sales and Marketing), generating agent’s interest, and qualifying business potential opportunities and closing deals.
Duties and Responsabilities
- Source new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand agents needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales channels for further development and closure.
- Close sales and revenue to achieve monthly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand accurate database of transactions within specific portfolio.
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
- Perform effective online product demos to agents.
- Place regular telemarketing calls. Information
Security Responsibilities:
- Read, acknowledge and comply with Viamericas Staff Information Security Policy via the Information Security training portal. This should be done within 30 days of hire and repeated annually.
- Attend periodic Information Security training provided by Viamericas’.
- Report any event that might be an Information Security Incident: clicked on a malicious link, downloaded and opened a suspicious file, etc.
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual English/Spanish
- Needs to have US visa, as frequent travel to the US is required
- BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and sales experience are required.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone presence and experience with dialing 60 to 70 calls per day.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Proficient in MS Office business applications.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Possess good judgment and attention to detail.
- Energetic & positive attitude.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferable.
Working Conditions
- General office working conditions, time availability is required, frequent travel (foreign and domestic) is required. Availability to work on weekends.
