Belay Technologies is seeking a Staff Support Specialist to join our intel team.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- A Bachelor’s Degree and four (4) years’ experience supporting senior level staff processes and functions
- A Bachelor’s Degree and four (4) years’ experience supporting senior level staff processes and functions
- Experience assisting the Government leadership in resource management requirements
Candidates are desired to have the following skills:
- Experience recording, disseminating, and tracking closure action items identified in executive level meetings.
- Experience reviewing/commenting on, and tracking actions from, the Directorate of Operations (DO) for the different Product Groups to closed.
- Experience providing clear and accurate performance reports and analysis to support X43 decision-making.
- Experience collecting, refining, and linking program inputs for performance measures
- Experience drafting responses to tasking from within NSA/CSS and external agencies such as ODNI, OMB, DIA and DoD for reviews of program status
- Experience developing and documenting internal processes to manage tasking.
