About the Role:


Are you passionate about technology and love solving problems? As a PC Depot Technician, you'll be at the heart of our IT operations, ensuring our computer workstations and networks run smoothly. You'll support our team by managing inventory, handling shipping/receiving, and training users on our IT systems.Pay: $20Shift: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday

What You'll Do:


Set Up and Configure: Get hands-on with workstations and peripherals like routers and printers.Hardware Checks: Ensure everything from HDDs to keyboards is in top shape.Software Installation: Install and configure software to keep our systems running efficiently.Security First: Protect our networks and systems with top-notch security measures.User Training: Help our team get the most out of new software and equipment.Maintenance Coordination: Schedule upgrades and maintenance to keep disruptions at bay.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix issues, whether it's repairing parts or debugging.Record Keeping: Maintain logs of repairs and maintenance schedules.Inventory Management: Identify equipment needs and place orders.Shipping/Receiving: Manage the logistics of computer equipment.Depot Inventory: Use tools like Helix and Teams to keep track of hardware.Documentation: Create and maintain process documentation for our Knowledge Base.

What You Bring:


Education: HS Diploma with 2-3 years of PC support experience. A Bachelor's in computer science or a related field is a plus.Certifications: A background check is required. CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional certifications are a bonus.Skills: Proven IT Technician experience, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and security.  Imaging experience in a Depot is a plus.
