Job requirement-
Strong knowledge of Domain and SAP function of Production Planning in S4 HANAProduction Planning
- Knowledge Discrete Manufacturing and Process Manufacturing
- Should have experience in making products to order and making them to stock.
- Having experience with Demand Management, MRP / MRP Live is a must.
- Knowledge of manufacturing accounting, material ledgers, and manufacturing ledgers is a prerequisite.
- Production planning & scheduling, Material Requirement Planning, Capacity Planning, Min-Max stock level, Movement of raw material and goods, Cost management
- Planned Independent requirements, Planned order, Production order creations
- Production execution
- Pegging
- Goods issue, receipt, back flushing
- Interface with 3rd party Manufacturing systems is a bonus
- Integration knowledge between modules: PP-FICO, PP-PS, PP-MM, PP-SD is a must.

- Bill of materials
- Work center
- Routing
- Production versions
SAP Support functional skills
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
- Design, customize, configure and testing of PP module and as well as debugging competencies
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
- Must be able to draw out functional specifications for technical developments
- Test out solutions in Dev, Qas environments in GUI & Fiori
- Must keep updating the user manuals and project documentation time to time ensuring latest system setup is updated in user manuals.
- Incidents and Change Request process and tools knowledge must.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
- Experience in a Manufacturing or Construction Company is an asset
- Understanding of accounting business processes
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with teams across different countries
- Must be result oriented, prompt and self-motivated.
