What You’ll Do


As an Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our client projects run smoothly. You’ll support our client teams by helping projects stay on track, managing details, and eliminating barriers to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with client onboarding, scheduling meetings, and maintaining client folders.
  • Tracking project details to ensure everything is on time, on budget, and on quality.
  • Proofreading deliverables to ensure accuracy in details like URLs and phone numbers.
  • Supporting project management by updating schedules, revenue projections, and invoicing.
  • Coordinating action items across teams to eliminate barriers to project completion.

What We’re Looking For


This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone who wants to grow within the marketing industry. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in account or project coordination, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a basic understanding of Mac or Windows systems.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willing to work onsite at our Frederick, MD location
