We are on the lookout for a passionate and highly motivated Brand Executive to join our fast-paced fashion brand team. As a key player in our marketing department, you will help drive the development, execution, and growth of our brand as we step into an exciting new era. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a variety of brand-building initiatives across digital, retail, and experiential touchpoints in a creative and collaborative environment.

Your Team


As a Brand Executive, you’ll be an integral part of a dynamic and growing Marketing team. You’ll work closely with the Brand Manager and Senior Brand Executive, playing a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s presence. Though the team may be small, it’s mighty - giving you the opportunity to make a significant impact as we embark on this exciting journey. You’ll collaborate with departments across Creative & Campaigns, PR & Outreach, Events, and Brand Activations, working on a variety of brand initiatives, including website content, promotions, and blog contributions.

Every project will allow you to gain hands-on experience while helping to drive our brand’s success.

Key Responsibilities


  • Brand Support & Execution: Assist in executing brand strategies and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and customer needs.
  • Campaign Coordination: Help coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and retail platforms.
  • Creative Asset Management: Support the development of creative assets for campaigns, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, consumer insights, and competitors to inform brand strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Product Launches & Events: Assist in planning and executing exciting product launches, fashion shows, pop-up events, and experiential marketing activities.
  • Content Development: Help create compelling content for social media, websites, and email newsletters, ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone and messaging.
  • Brand Communication: Ensure brand consistency in all internal and external communications.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (design, product development, customer service) to ensure brand alignment.
  • Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking brand performance, analyzing data, and contributing to ongoing brand improvement.

Requirements


  • 2-4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field (ideally within the fashion or lifestyle industry).
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for fashion and design.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and online retail, with proficiency in social media platforms and e-commerce.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
  • A team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • A solid understanding of the fashion industry, with knowledge of trends and customer behaviour.
