- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that delivers the brand message and voice, aligns with business objectives and supports marketing initiatives across all channels.
- Create and deliver engaging, quality content across omni-channel inbound and outbound marketing campaigns that support lead acquisition and nurturing initiatives.
- Direct the strategic adaptation of core content themes into multiple formats including video scripts, digital campaigns, CRM sequences, and website copy to maximize reach and engagement.
- Become an SME on the Teckro brand, value proposition, messaging and product offering, and acquire a workable knowledge of the industry, industry challenges and our ICP and end users.
- Support on and contribute to internal collateral for the wider business as required.
- Maintain the Teckro brand and writing style in all content produced, adapting to suit use case audience and format.
- Define and then own the key content KPIs to deliver success.
- Identify opportunities for content repurposing and distribution across multiple channels.
The Ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ year's experience as a content marketer or adjacent role, preferably in the B2B technology and SaaS space, having defined and delivered a successful content strategy.
- SME level knowledge of marketing content best practices with evidence of successfully delivering high-quality content across omni-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience in developing and maintaining content style guides.
- Background in developing and managing editorial calendars and content workflows.
- Strong and evidence-backed experience making strategic use of AI tools to enhance and scale productivity.
- A personal growth mindset, with experience of using data to analyze and improve your performance against individual and team KPIs, in support of business goals.
- Experience owning and running targeted email marketing campaigns with tailored content for segmented key audiences.
- Experience managing and measuring content performance across various marketing platforms (HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Analytics).
Location and Travel:
- Hybrid role - can be based in either Dublin City Centre, Ireland, or Limerick City Centre, Ireland. Currently this is set to 2/3 days per week onsite.
- Our Dublin City Centre offices are located less than 3 mins for Pearse St Dart Station and beside the Alex Hotel, making it accessible for all major transport.
- We also offer flexible start/ end times, allowing your schedule to suit your lifestyle
- Note:Regrettably we cannot offer work permit sponsorship for this role. To be considered, you must currently be based in Ireland and already hold the necessary legal permissions to work here.
Is this role for you?
- We value proven results and team cultural fit more than industry tenure, but a reasonable benchmark for this role would be an applicant with 5+ years of experience in a content marketing role, or 3+ years’ experience alongside a related, industry recognized qualification. Applicants that have previously worked in marketing roles within B2B Saas, or have experience of the life sciences sector may assimilate faster; but we are also interested in skillsets acquired from B2C marketing positions.
