In a landscape where organic reach and engagement are evolving, this role demands a strategic mind who can:
- Master Diverse Formats: With full access to our talented creative team, you will build/leverage carousels, infographics, videos, polls, and text with photo combinations to elevate executive storytelling, ensuring content stands out with polished presentation.
- Drive Engagement Through Dialogue: Craft thoughtful comments and encourage robust discussions to extend the lifespan of posts, building a community around our leadership’s ideas. Engage (like and share) with posts from other thought leaders. Evaluate developing a LinkedIn Newsletter from either our CEO profile, or under a dedicated title (i.e. E-Commerce Mastery Insights).
- Build Connections: Regularly send connection invites to those within our ideal client profile to help maximize targeted engagement and reach of our content to potential customers.
- Optimize Content Structure: Develop well-structured, insightful posts that invite interaction, incorporating visuals and data to enhance readability and impact.
- Lead with Consistency and Planning: Establish a cadence of regular posting, pre-plan content with a focus on high-impact formats, and guide executives to share their perspectives effectively.
- Incorporate Live Video: Plan and execute live video sessions for our leadership team to engage audiences in real-time, capitalizing on LinkedIn’s algorithm’s preference for live content to maximize reach and interaction.
- Foster Thought Leadership: Create opportunities for executives to engage proactively, using strategic hooks and questions to position them as industry influencers.
Who You Are
- Industry Relevancy: You must have direct experience in and/or be highly passionate about digital marketing, direct-to-consumer e-commerce, and the future of media, measurement, and creative to succeed in this role.
- Experience: 5+ years shaping high-impact LinkedIn content, with a portfolio demonstrating success in amplifying executive or personal brand voices.
- Skills: Expertise in multi-format content creation (e.g., carousels, videos), community engagement strategies, and the ability to coach leadership on platform dynamics. Familiarity with analytics to refine your approach is a plus.
- Mindset: A creative problem-solver with a passion for thought leadership, a collaborative spirit to work with executives, and a drive to innovate within LinkedIn’s evolving ecosystem.
- Bonus Points: A personal LinkedIn following that reflects your influence or experience in B2B thought leadership, LinkedIn thought leadership, digital marketing, or direct-to-consumer e-commerce.
