Responsibilities:
· Conduct quality assurance audits on clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes· Provide constructive feedback & training to clinicians on improving documentation quality.· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.· Provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff, fostering professional growth.· Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall treatment experience.· Conduct regular assessments of treatment effectiveness and adjust as needed.· Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in substance abuse treatment.Requirements· Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant clinical field· Current and valid CA clinical license required (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW)· Familiar with KIPU Health Software preferred· Proven experience in a leadership role within a substance abuse treatment setting· An acute understanding of counseling and other treatment procedures for alcoholism and drug addiction-related problems.· A knowledge of regulations concerning alcoholism and drug addiction treatment.· Working knowledge of alcoholism and drug addiction and treatment procedures for such illnesses.· In-depth understanding of co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders and their appropriate treatments/interventions.· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills· Ability to lead and inspire a diverse clinical team.· Understanding of regulatory and accreditation requirements· Commitment to maintaining a positive and supportive treatment environment.Salary Description$70,000 - $85,000
