We are looking for an Executive Assistant to partner closely with our CEO and take ownership of important tasks that will directly impact the company's success.This role is ideal for someone who wants to:

🧑💻 What you'll do
- Exec support: Partner with the CEO to maximise their impact by managing their calendar, inbox, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and occasional personal admin.
- Operations: Work alongside our Head of Operations to support on tasks like onboarding new joiners, assist with finance operations like expenses and payroll, organise team socials and more.
- Run strategic projects: Initiate and own projects from day one that will accelerate our goals.
- Office Management: Ensure our office is well-stocked and maintained, and manage vendor relationships.
❤️ About You
- You have at least 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a start-up (or similar environment).
- You're proactive, independent, adaptable, positive and have exceptional attention to detail.
- Bonus if you have:
- Experience in an operations roles such as People Operations or Talent.
- Have been an EA to a founder before.
