If you're ready to build, disrupt, and drive transformation, we want you on our team.As a Product Manager at adQuadrant, you will play a critical role in overseeing and executing the vision for our proprietary marketing cloud, Prism, an AI-enabled platform to guide our agency’s media, measurement, insights and creative strategy work. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and data teams to develop innovative tools that drive measurable outcomes for our clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product management, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for digital marketing and AI-driven technology.The Ideal Candidate will have experience with: Product Strategy & Execution
- Oversee and implement the product roadmap in alignment with company objectives, ensuring high-impact initiatives drive business revenue growth.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, platform changes, and product opportunities.
- Work closely with engineering to ensure efficient and effective product development, utilizing Agile methodologies.
- Obsessed about the advancements in AI and how it relates to marketing, media buying, creative planning/generation/optimization, and measurement
- Partner with major ad platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and others to guide and shape best-in-class product offerings within our platform that drive innovation and excellence in areas such as Generative AI for Creative, Measurement, and Profit-Based Optimizations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and internal client service teams to develop go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product adoption and user engagement.
- Support the development of training materials, demos, and documentation to enhance internal and external product understanding.
- Gather continuous feedback from users and internal teams to iterate on and improve the platform.
Data-Driven Product Development
- Leverage AI and data analytics to enhance product capabilities, ensuring automation, scalability, and market competitiveness.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics to measure success and optimize product features accordingly.
- Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure high-quality insights and data accuracy.
User-Centric Approach
- Advocate for the best user experience by conducting usability testing, gathering feedback, and iterating on product designs.
- Prioritize feature development based on customer pain points, business impact, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and data security best practices in all product functionalities.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in digital marketing, AI-driven platforms, or SaaS.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing analytics, AI applications, and performance-driven media technologies.
- Project Management: Experience working with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Data & Analytics: Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions; familiarity with data pipelines, marketing measurement, and AI-driven insights is a plus.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Understanding of APIs, automation tools, and AI-powered solutions is a plus, but deep coding knowledge is not required.
