The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for creating CI/PL, routing in TMS, tracking & troubleshooting International & Domestics shipments for inbound and outbound. This role will support the logistics operation team through ownership of shipments from pick up to delivery, serving as the main point of contact for shipments within ABH network. This candidate will be able to work independently and track deadlines, while also being an exceptional collaborator and team player.Essential Job Functions
- Create routing documents (commercial invoice, packing list, SLI, DGD) for int’l outbound shipments for FOC (free of charge) orders and wholesales orders.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on order types (Domestic, International, and/or FOC)
- Troubleshooting exceptions with the various parcel carriers, Freight Forwarder, Transportation, and Customs broker within U.S, EU, APAC, & Middle East.
- Ability to work collaboratively and openly with cross-functional business partners.
- Communicate shipments details with shippers, receivers, and internal cross functional team.
- Responsible for effectively communicating shipment delays and escalating shipment issues that impact launch deadlines and/or ABH customer base.
- Updating tracking log with milestones and relevant comments.
- Assisting with creating courier labels for outbound shipments (FedEx, DHL, UPS etc.).
- Assisting with creating UN labels / overpack label for HazMat shipments.
- Assisting departmental needs with customer invoicing (INTL, Domestic, & FOC)
- Coordinate shipment returns (if necessary).
- Accurate and timely data entry into NetSuite (WMS/TMS) and other systems as needed.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of import/export operational experience with a Freight Forwarder, Importer, Customs Broker, or 3PL.
- Ability to work collaboratively and openly with cross-functional business partners.
- International logistics background with understanding of import and export guidelines and Incoterms.
- Experience in retail domestic transportation/tendering loads.
- Proficient/Intermediate in Office 365 Applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Able to adapt and think critically under pressure in a constantly changing and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Familiar with handling VAT in the UK and EU preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Physical demandsContinual Sitting and Operating a Computer, Occasional Standing and WalkingAnastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting hourly range for this position in the selected city is $21.00-$25.00 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location.
Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is bonus eligible.
