Now is the time to be part of something big. 🚀Who we’re looking for:As the Sr Product Marketing Manager – Growth & Cross-Sell, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer expansion, retention, and revenue growth. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Growth teams to identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships, position our products effectively, and create go-to-market strategies that maximize LTV and optimize cross-sell opportunities across our product ecosystem.
What You’ll Do (not limited to):
- Define & Lead Product Marketing Strategy: Own the marketing roadmap for OmniWatch’s suite of products, focusing on cross-sell, upsell, and retention.
- Achieve Subscriber Growth Targets: Define gross adds and subscriber targets for the next 3 years across each channel, ensuring measurable success in cross-sell, DTC, and partnerships.
- Drive Cross-Sell Growth: Develop and execute campaigns that increase product adoption among existing customers, improving LTV and driving sustainable revenue growth.
- DTC & Acquisition Synergy: Align product positioning with direct-to-consumer marketing efforts, ensuring seamless integration with demand generation strategies.
- Partnership Development: Identify and build strategic partnerships to expand OmniWatch’s reach, enhance brand positioning, and drive co-marketing opportunities.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Develop launch strategies for new features and product updates, ensuring cross-functional alignment with Product, Growth, and Sales teams.
- Customer Insights & Positioning: Leverage data, customer research, and behavioral insights to refine messaging, improve targeting, and drive engagement.
- Content & Sales Enablement: Create compelling messaging, product narratives, and sales enablement tools to support cross-sell and retention efforts.
- Performance Optimization: Partner with Growth, Analytics, and Finance teams to track cross-sell performance, measure effectiveness, and refine strategies based on key metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
- Manage internal shared resources as well as potential external contractors (e.g. Agencies)
- Others duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or customer lifecycle marketing, preferably in a DTC or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives, with a strong track record of increasing customer LTV.
- Strategic thinker who can align product positioning with DTC acquisition efforts while also leveraging partnerships to scale growth.
- Experience in launching and marketing new products or features, with expertise in customer segmentation and messaging optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset—comfortable working with data-driven insights, A/B testing, and marketing analytics tools to drive decision-making.
- Collaborative leader with experience working cross-functionally across Product, Growth, Sales, and Creative teams.
- Strong business acumen.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, retention marketing, and lifecycle automation tools is a plus.
