So, what’s theroleall about?
The Contract Data Specialist will work hand in hand with Legal, Sales and Order Management departments in order to smooth and simplify the subscription cloud contract order processing and support business growth.
How will you make an impact?
- Review commercial agreements and extract contractual terms into a template in order for subscription cloud deals to be processed.
- Clarify legal terminology, reflect discrepancies within the contract and resolve with relevant stakeholders.
- Reflect discrepancies in terminology between NICE different divisions and raise with Legal in order to streamline the language between all divisions.
- Identify and reflect pain points for non-streamlined processes.
- Create connectivity between customer contractual terms in SFDC and actual opportunities
- Work with Legal and Sales to verify that the commercial agreement is aligned with NICE pricing models and business best practices.
- Operate as the focal point for problem solving of the subscription cloud deals.
Have you got what it takes?
- 3+ years customer order management or Sales support experience in Tech industry in a global company.
- Work experience with multiple functions in the organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Practice methodological work methods, multitask with high accuracy and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Energetic, quick learner, extreme details oriented.
- Ability to work at End-of-quarter in high intense mode.
- Legal /Contract processing background - Preferable.
- Previous experience in Cloud business - Preferable.
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Bachelor’s degree.
