In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional, service-oriented, development team involved in the creation, design, development, and maintenance of web sites and web-based applications using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, GraphQL, AWS, and many more.This role primarily involves development and enhancements to the client-side framework, data orchestration layers, and integration with various support tools and libraries. You will work with numerous teams to innovate and develop solutions.
You will apply your experience and knowledge to the design and scoping process, discuss and debate implementation options with developers, architects and key stakeholders, and build solutions that balance best practices and existing methodologies to keep management and publishing of web experiences scalable.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical vision to the team and stakeholders
- Build and/or review code, tools, libraries, architectural diagrams, and specs
- Implement features per specs and design documents
- Contribute to development processes to help form a highly functioning team
- Optimize development lifecycle using scripts, reusable components, design pattern libraries, and standardization documents
Required Skills/Abilities

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns
- Expert proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, JSON, and XML
- Previous experience with React, Ember (or equivalent), Svelte, node.js and Express and CSS frameworks such as Tailwind, Foundation and/or Bootstrap
- Advanced knowledge of cross-browser support and OS compatibility intricacies
- Working knowledge of package managers such as npm or yarn
- Experience interfacing with GraphQL and REST API’s
- Tools
- Working knowledge of build and deployment tools such as Gitlab
- Experience with Google Analytics and system/log analysis tools such as Datadog
Additionally, successful candidates will possess several or all of the following:
- Desire for further professional growth using Client Side MVC frameworks
- Familiarity with mobile app development
- Experience with high traffic sites, advertising networks & web tracking systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey their ideas to peers and stakeholders
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of relevant work experience

Salary Range:
- Min: $153,800
- Mid: $168,000
- Max: $184,900
