Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Sanitize and restock restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain floors by buffing, waxing, or using specialized cleaning equipment as needed.
- Wash windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
- Ensure entryways and hallways remain clean and free of debris.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs, such as plumbing issues, broken fixtures, or safety hazards.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down furniture or equipment for events and meetings.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment.
- Secure and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous custodial, or cleaning experience (preferred but not required).
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Dependability and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies.
Work Environment:
- Indoor and outdoor work in various settings (offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, etc.).
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and occasional moderate physical labor.
- May require evening or weekend shifts depending on facility needs.
