Berry Law is seeking a Sales Data Integration Specialist to support the seamless integration and management of sales and marketing data systems. This entry-level position will be owned by the Sales/Marketing team while receiving technical oversight and guidance from IT. The role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a foundational understanding of data management, and a desire to bridge the gap between sales technology and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Systems Integration: Manage and integrate data across key sales systems, including Formstack, Lead Docket, and Filevine, ensuring smooth interoperability.
- Data Flow Optimization: Facilitate seamless data exchanges between internal platforms such as DOMO and Microsoft Fabric to enhance data analysis and visualization.
- Data Mapping & Documentation: Align system fields with AA&E architecture, ensuring data consistency across client and staff workflows.
- Marketing Data Support: As capacity allows, assist in marketing data flows to enhance their alignment with sales functions and overall business intelligence.
Operational Controls:
- Task Assignment: Sales provides direction, with technical oversight and project management support from AA&E.
- Performance Evaluation: Managed by Sales, with technical competency input from AA&E to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.
