In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing co-marketing initiatives with payment channel partners, developing marketing strategies with distribution partners, and leveraging deep local market expertise to engage users effectively. You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, B2C and work cross-functionally with the B2C Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, and Global Partnerships Teams.

Responsibilities:


  • Payment Channel Partnerships. Build and manage long-term payment channel partnerships to drive co-funded campaigns, user engagement, and revenue growth. 
  • Distribution Partnerships. Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with distribution partners to scale publisher content and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution. Lead the planning, budgeting, forecasting and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and partner goals.
  • Reporting & Analytics. Track and report campaign performance, user engagement, and ROI, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Local Market Expertise. Act as a local market expert, leveraging insights on regional trends, competitor activity, user behaviors, and engagement preferences to shape campaign strategies, messaging, and channel selection.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration. Work closely with B2C Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, and Global Partnerships Teams to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 
  • At least 6 years of experience in B2C marketing
  • Experience working collaboratively across functions and teams
  • Strong understanding of B2C marketing principles and strategies, specifically on Go-To-Market Strategy and Marketing Partnership Strategy.
  • Knowledge of gaming and live streaming industries is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
