Global Partnerships at Coda


The mission of Coda’s Global Partnerships Team (GPT) is to ensure the success of Coda by committing ourselves to the success of our digital content and service partners.  GPT achieves this mission by leading the development and growth of global Publishing Partnerships (deployment of situationally dependent monetization solutions to expand revenue and margin for Coda’s gaming and creator partners), Payment Partnerships (execution and management of payment channel relationships that provide access to both payment methods and promotional reach), and Distribution Partnerships (execution of partnerships that expand the reach of distribution,  monetization and promotional efforts conducted on behalf of gaming and creator partners).We are seeking an experienced professional to drive our global inbound and outbound B2B demand efforts.

In this Global Inside Sales Manager role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to fuel our sales pipeline. You will develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns, optimize lead funnels, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance conversion rates. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B lead generation, CRM management, and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities


  • Create a strong pipeline of opportunities by: Identifying and targeting new business opportunities through market research and implementation of strategic outreach strategies
  • Researching, qualifying and engaging prospective customers (both inbound and outbound) via meetings, phone, email, and social media
  • Building and maintaining strong relationship with key prospects
  • Generate insights and recommendations to help drive new business development
  • Generate sales process improvement ideas
  • CRM Management (uploading of leads, follow ups, etc.)
  • Weekly sales tracking and reporting to leadership and executive team
  • Build and maintain alignment and positive partnerships with the B2B marketing team
  • Participate in virtual and/or in-person events as needed

Requirements


  • 3-5 years in inbound/outbound B2B sales role, with team management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, eager, and possessing a self-learning mentality, ready to contribute to a high-growth business
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of sales processes and ability to work with sales tools, such as Sales CRM
  • Knowledge of digital entertainment (gaming, live-streaming, reading etc) and/or payments industry is preferred
