If so, we want to hear from you!At Minitab, we’re looking for a Sales Administrator to support our Sales, Customer Order Management, and Finance teams. In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring seamless order processing, maintaining customer data, and providing essential administrative support to help drive our business forward.

What You’ll Do:


  • Act as a point of contact between for our Sales team, and liaise with Finance and our customers to facilitate order processing and customer account updates
  • Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring key account details are up to date
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support, resolving customer inquiries efficiently
  • Assist with CRM data management and general process improvements
  • Support the Revenue Operations team with ad hoc projects and ongoing initiatives
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and operational discussions to enhance efficiency

What We’re Looking For:


  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work in a dynamic environment
  • A proactive, action-oriented approach to problem-solving
