This is a great opportunity to join a highly skilled HR People function and shape your own role in one of our most successful and demanding regions. As the Senior TA partner, you will lead the Recruitment needs for our Japan and Regional APAC offices.

You will work closely with Hiring Managers and Senior Stakeholders to provide an exceptional Recruitment function. 

What your role will be


  • Run the end to end recruitment process and function for the Japan and APAC region.
  • Partner with the Regional and Global stakeholders to ensure you deliver the best in class recruitment experience to Candidates and the business alike.
  • To hire the top Talent and maintain attraction strategies to reduce the time and cost to hire.
  • Maintain excellent Data and Reporting for the business at all times. 
  • Ensure you deliver value and excellence to the Global Business.
  • This is a hybrid role allowing you to work from the Office in Tokyo or Remote as required. 

What we are looking for


  • At least 3+ Years of Internal Recruitment experience within a Global Organisation. Cybersecurity experience will be preferred but not essential. 
  • Fluent Native Japanese language and Fluent English are essential. 
  • We are looking for demonstrable knowledge of the Talent Attraction strategies and Senior Stakeholder management. This is a great opportunity for the right person to excel autonomously with the support from an International team. 
  • Experience of previous ATS is essential and how to get the best out of the data for the Business. 
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for Recruitment and exceptional Emotional Intelligence.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills. 
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
