Job Summary


As a Video Marketing Producer, you will be responsible for concepting, producing, and editing video content across multiple platforms. You will work closely with our marketing, social media, and creative teams to create compelling video ads, promotional materials, branded content, and more. Your role will be instrumental in shaping our visual storytelling and ensuring our video content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities


  • Conceptualize, plan, and produce high-quality video content, including performance ads, UGC ads, social media videos, product demos, brand stories, and more.
  • Edit and enhance video content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects,  Capcutetc.).
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on strategy and develop video concepts that align with brand objectives.
  • Optimize video content for different platforms, ensuring best practices for audience, engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Incorporate motion graphics, special effects, music, and sound design to enhance video storytelling.
  • Manage video production schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new video formats, and emerging technologies to keep our content fresh and innovative.
  • Organize and maintain a cloud library of video assets and project files.
  • Assist with on-location and studio shoots, including lighting, directing, and filming as needed.
  • Review creative from external agencies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills


  • 3+ years of experience in video production, editing, and creative storytelling.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcutetc.).
  • Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, color grading, and motion graphics.
  • Experience with camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording is a plus.
  • Knowledge of different social media platforms and their video content best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong creative vision with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • A portfolio or reel showcasing previous video work is required.
