Waltonen Engineering is actively seeking a Creo Designer to join our team!

Responsibilities

Prepare design layouts on complex units and mechanisms
Make design computations as required
Prepare general specifications, such as bills of materials
Work with layout drafters and detailers to achieve a completed design
Develop creative drawings from design objectives established by others
Use manual or computer skills to complete design drawings
Meet all customer requirements

Qualifications

2+ years experience in Product Design
Experience in modeling from assembly drawings/packages
Sheet Metal and/or structural design experience
Solid Modeling and assembly design experience
Analytical ability to recognize and solve design and mechanical problems
Oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Associates in Vehicle Design or Product Development
Experience with CREO/Pro-E software
Vehicle Component Mechanical Design
Powertrain, Chassis, or Body Design
Electrical Design – Routing & Packaging
