The Opportunity:


PureSpectrum is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join our Services team.  This role is vital to the day-to-day management and successful delivery of sample-only and full-service customer projects.  You’ll work closely with customers as their first line of assistance to coordinate & support project delivery requirements with internal team members.  The role requires an organized, resourceful individual who can successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment.

This position reports to our Rochester office. Candidates must be able to commute to the office 3x a week.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Take ownership of and successfully lead customer projects from start to finish
  • Provide regular project updates to customers and internal teams
  • Oversee and lead complex projects with little to no supervision (project governance, progress, dependencies, communication, delivery process, project metrics, risk mitigation, etc) for full-service and sample-only projects; ensuring customer & business expectations are met or exceeded
  • Ensure all projects you are directly responsible for meet or exceed delivery standards for being on time, in budget, and without quality issues
  • Be known as a resource across the team and organization for project delivery, client service offerings, PureSpectrum technology, best practices, and the market research delivery process.
  • Build strong relationships with our customers and internal teams
  • Proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, manage, overcome, and/or escalate customer and product needs
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable items for our product and sales teams
  • Develop expertise in market research and consumer insights
  • Contribute to the successful completion of OKRs that drive forward the growth of the Client Services organization and PureSpectrum

Requirements: 


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of market research industry and project management experience. 
  • Consultative problem-solving to identify customer opportunities and solutions
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • A passion for curiosity and a drive to always be learning
  • Strong follow-through skills
  • Well-developed time management and multi-tasking skills – able to support multiple projects and manage competing priorities
  • Solid -solving and decision-making abilities
  • Never cut corners in meeting project and customer needs
  • Experience with MSOffice and GSuite products
