THE ROLE


The Performance Marketing Manager II is responsible for the day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns across all channels, as well as identifying and taking action on opportunities within each campaign to improve results. This role reports directly to the Director of Digital Marketing.This is a full-time remote role.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across major search networks such as Google and Bing
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social and display platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc
  • Effectively communicate strategy and campaign performance with clients and internal stakeholders via calls and presentations
  • Regularly develop and implement A/B testing plans for ad creative and landing pages in partnership with internal and external creative teams
  • Directly manages media placement and strategy for digital marketing campaigns across Google, Bing and paid social channels such as Facebook

THE REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in digital marketing
  • 2+ years of SEM experience
  • 2+ years of social marketing experience
  • Understand general marketing best practices
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • 2+ years experience with digital marketing platforms and channels such as
  • Google Ads Manager
  • Microsoft Ads Manager
  • Facebook Ads Manager
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • High proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
