About the Role:


We are seeking a UiPath and Automation Developer to join our Digital Workforce Innovation team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RPA development, experience with Orchestrator management, and a proven track record in an Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) or consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, deploy, and maintain end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, focusing on unattended bots while also supporting attended and non-production bots.
  • Design and optimize workflows with robust exception-handling mechanisms and logging standards to ensure reliability and scalability.
  • Manage UiPath Orchestrator, including session management, queue handling, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Implement UiPath Task Mining and process mining tools to analyze automation opportunities and improve efficiency.
  • Develop UiPath Apps to create user-friendly automation interfaces for business users.
  • Monitor and maintain existing production bots to ensure reliability, troubleshoot failures, review logs, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Handle production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes to minimize recurring failures.
  • Enhance monitoring and alerting mechanisms to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Support production release processes, including attending production release meetings, UAT coordination, and scheduling bot deployments.
  • Develop and maintain operational support procedures, runbooks, and knowledge base articles to ensure efficient troubleshooting and incident management.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, define automation objectives, and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Utilize data extraction techniques (web scraping, structured/pattern-based data retrieval) to process and analyze business-critical information.
  • Ensure adherence to automation governance standards and contribute to best practices in the Automation Center of Excellence (CoE).

Required Qualifications:


  • 4+ years of hands-on UiPath experience, including automation development. Deployment, and management.
  • Strong expertise in UiPath Orchestrator for bot management, scheduling, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience implementing and optimizing UiPath Task Mining to identify automation opportunities.
  • Experience working within an Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) or a consulting role.
  • Experience managing and creating dashboards using UiPath Insights to measure automation impact.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, C#, or .NET.
  • Experience with API integrations and working with REST/SOAP APIs within UiPath.
  • Strong understanding of database management and SQL for automation workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) or equivalent certification.​
  • Experience with AI-driven automation, process mining, or intelligent document processing (IDP).​
  • Experience automating workflows within ERP (AS400), WMS (CIMS), and HRIS Systems (Workday).​
  • Experience with Agile and/or SAFe Agile

At FAM Brands, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation. Salary ranges for positions are based on job level, location, and market data. We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate’s qualifications and experience. FAM Brands also offers all employees participation in our annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales).Compensation Range₱125,000 - ₱175,000PHP
