The Opportunity: 
This part-time role (25-30 hours/week max) will cover Whole Foods locations in the Greater Los Angeles area and Orange County, specifically focusing on Whole Foods and Erewhon. This position will report to the Director of National Accounts and work closely with the Whole Foods produce buyer team. The role involves merchandising execution, relationship building with store buyers, tracking competitive activities, and regular reporting to maximize sales opportunities. You'll be responsible for maintaining product appearance, monitoring inventory levels, and helping to identify and share new placement opportunities within assigned stores.Who You Are: You're an energetic self-starter with excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

You have a passion for natural foods and beverages, with the ability to build positive relationships with store teams. You're reliable, take initiative with merchandising opportunities, and are excited to grow the JuneShine Non-Alcoholic Kombucha brand. Prior retail or merchandising experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for the role and brand.In This Role You Will:·                 Build and maintain relationships with produce buyers at assigned Whole Foods locations·                 Execute merchandising standards and ensure proper product placement in-store·                 Monitor and fulfill mandated product placements, reporting any gaps or issues·                 Perform regular store visits as communicated by your manager to maintain product appearance and stock levels·                 Communicate regularly with store teams to maximize sales opportunities and secure incremental space·                 Submit weekly status reports on store conditions, mandate compliance, and new opportunities·                 Partner with the distribution team to ensure proper product flow and inventory levels·                 Document and photograph merchandising execution and share best practices·                 Track and report competitive activity within assigned stores·                 Maintain organized records of store visits and buyer interactionsMust Have's:·                 21 years of age or older at the time of application·                 Responsible Beverage Certification due by start date·                 Food Handler’s certification due by start date·                 Lives in the assigned territory area with reliable transportation: Los Angeles, CA·                 Must be available to work part-time (25-29 hours per week) with open availability Monday through Friday.

Schedule flexibility during these weekdays is required·                 Willing to work a large territory that requires weekly travel to Orange County·                 Ability to stand and sit for extended periods, lifting/moving product up to 25 lbs, bending, twisting, and reaching to stock shelves·                 Strong interpersonal skills·                 MS Office and/or Google Workspace proficiency·                 Desire to contribute to a fast-paced, purpose-driven companyCompensation, Benefits, and Perks: ·             Part-Time, Hourly ($26.00), Non-Exempt·             401k with 4% company match & product perks!
