This position reports to the Sr. Director of Performance Marketing for PeopleConnect. - Responsible for developing, deploying, executing, optimizing direct response paid performance campaigns across multiple digital platforms simultaneously such as SEM, Social, Display, Native, Programmatic while hitting key KPIs
- Develop and execute strategic media plans within relevant channels, partnering with product, creative, and content teams to develop a uniform end-to-end customer experience.
- Proactively forecast and pace key metrics in support of goals and objectives.
- Setting KPI targets and developing plans to achieve performance goals.Analyze campaign data and develop strategies and tactics to continuously scale conversions and improve performance and efficiencies.
- Proactively and effectively optimize media buys utilizing KPI metrics and internal data on a daily basis to ensure campaign profitability focused around Impressions, Clicks, Conversions, ROAS, CPAs, CTRs, CPCs, CR, LTV and retention.
- Interpret team and company goals, form a strategy, and execute tactics effectively across campaigns and traffic sources.
- Research, compile, and analyze data to identify opportunities, areas of growth, and sectors for increased efficiency across all campaigns including measurability, targetability, scale, and efficiency.
- Develop informed point of views on various aspects of specialty channels to reach sales and retention goals.
- Monitor trends, tools, opportunities and applications in biddable environments, and appropriately apply that knowledge to support performance goals.
- Develop and maintain vendor/partner relationships. Assist in negotiating rates/terms to achieve planned exposure.
- Work cross-functionally as needed to provide creative guidance and responsible for delivering and optimizing campaign creative that achieves the desired results including images, videos, video scripts, ad copy, etc .
- Report regularly on channel performance, providing thoughtful analysis and insight to better inform campaign decision making. Responsible for providing data for dashboard and presentations and recommendations on decision making as needed.
- Collaborate effectively across the organization to improve performance from a channel, brand, and product level.
- Direct Response Performance & Data-Driven Campaign Experience
- Proactively communicate changes in statuses of accounts, campaigns, ads, etc.
- Effectively summarize data analysis of your accounts and proactively relay relevant information to the broader team
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or other relevant field (or equivalent).
- 3 - 7 years paid search digital media planning/buying experience with multiple digital media platforms including SEM, Social, Display, Native, Programmatic encompassing strategy, execution and optimization, etc.
- Direct Response Performance & Data-Driven Campaign Experience A Must
- Understanding of advanced analytics and performance marketing.
- Robust proficiency within systems and tools related to the media planning process (i.e. media management system, billing system, competitive and targeting tools).
- Experience managing partner relationships including negotiating rates/terms and constructing digital media plans/strategies.
- Experience developing and deploying A/B Tests.
- Strong knowledge/experience working with third-party traffic platforms such as FB, Instagram, Google Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, Campaign Manager 360, etc.
- Familiarity with Google Display Network (GDN) and Google Analytics
- High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft Office/Google Drive
- Understanding of marketing principles, math, analytics and concepts.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and the ability to present performance, analysis, recommendations, and insights.
- Capable of creative analysis resulting in tactical execution of continued ad variations & iterations Must be highly accurate with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in writing winning ad copy across SEM, Social, Native, Display, Video, etc.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively with management and peers.
- Effective time management skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excited to learn new things and to work across multiple properties and business types.
- Must be resourceful and possess the ability to problem solve and plan efficiently.
