As a Resource Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce strategy, ensuring that the right talent is in place to drive impactful projects and deliver exceptional results.In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across sales and delivery to strategically align skills, availability, and business needs to optimize resource utilization and project profitability.
You’ll also leverage workforce data and trend analysis to identify skill gaps and guide employee development strategies, helping our team grow in ways that benefit both the individual and the organization.By connecting people, skills, and opportunity, you’ll be a catalyst for success—ensuring that Cask and our clients are always ready for what comes next.
Key Responsibilities:
Resource Planning & Scheduling
- Partner with stakeholders to maintain accurate resource plans and adjust assignments as needed
- Track and manage resource availability for upcoming projects and deals
- Assign resources based on skillset, availability, location, and project needs (hard and soft booking)
- Identify skill gaps and advise on development strategies for employees
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Provide resourcing forecasts to leadership for business planning
- Analyze current vs. future demand across existing and potential projects
- Track utilization trends to influence key performance metrics and optimize workforce efficiency
Integration with HR & Talent Strategy
- Collaborate with Talent Management and delivery leaders to ensure accurate skills tracking
- Advise leadership on talent gaps, hiring needs, training investments, and workforce adjustments
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in Resource Management, PMO, Business Analysis, or a related field
- Ability to analyze and interpret workforce data to drive business decisions
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with delivery teams and leadership
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools and resource planning systems
- Exceptional decision-making skills in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Suite & Microsoft Office
- Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP) certification or the willingness to obtain RMCP within the first year of employment
